Context

The Salucity website has seen strong adoption in its early years, with over 800 active users per month. User interviews conducted to better understand their needs revealed that more than 74% wanted a mobile app to support key tasks, such as receiving timely notifications and managing appointments within their existing calendars and schedules. In response to these insights, the app was designed to extend the web experience and reduce friction in users’ daily workflows.
